The proposal seeks to connect the site to its mountainous surroundings, adopting a highly tectonic architectural language and cladding it in locally hewn stone. The resulting monoliths open to reveal a gorge-like retail court. The entire composition comfortably coexists with the avenue of soaring trees lining Vali Asr Avenue.
